These Terms of Service apply to the use of the wedding planning platform at brutlers.com (hereinafter "Platform"). The operator is Elektronikhandel Michael Gräf, Breitscheidstrasse 84, 70176 Stuttgart (hereinafter "Provider").
The version of the Terms of Service valid at the time of registration shall apply.
The Platform provides couples with tools for wedding planning: guest management, RSVP tracking, photo and video sharing, seating plan creation, timeline planning, song requests, guestbook, gift registry, vendor coordination, wedding party management, and bachelor/bachelorette party planning.
Guests and vendors are granted access to certain features via token links without the need to create a user account.
Creating a user account is required to use the Platform as a couple. Registration is available via email/password or Google OAuth. All information provided must be accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We recommend setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) or passkeys.
You may use the Platform exclusively for the planning of private wedding celebrations. The following is prohibited:
You retain all rights to your uploaded content (photos, videos, text). You grant the Provider a simple right of use insofar as this is necessary for providing the Platform's features (e.g. thumbnail creation, display in gallery).
Photos and videos are automatically deleted after the period configured by the couple (default: 7 days). The couple can change this period in the settings.
The Provider strives to ensure uninterrupted availability of the Platform. However, there is no entitlement to uninterrupted availability. Maintenance work and technical issues may lead to temporary restrictions.
The Provider shall be liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, the Provider shall only be liable for the breach of material contractual obligations and limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.
The Provider shall not be liable for the loss of content that has not been backed up. We recommend additionally saving important wedding photos locally (bulk download feature).
You may delete your user account at any time. Upon deletion, all associated wedding data, guest information, photos, and other content will be irrevocably removed.
The Provider may suspend or delete user accounts in case of violation of these Terms of Service.

The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. The contractual language is German. Should individual provisions of these Terms of Service be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
Basic features are free. Premium features are available for €9.99/month (incl. VAT).
Payment is processed via Stripe. The platform operator reserves the right to adjust prices with 4 weeks notice.
The free tier runs indefinitely. The Premium tier has a minimum term of one month and renews automatically unless cancelled 24 hours before expiry.
Cancellation is possible at any time via account settings. After cancellation, Premium features remain available until the end of the paid period.
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. If you consent to immediate provision of digital content and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract fulfillment, your right of withdrawal expires accordingly.

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The provider is neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
