What is Brutlers?
Brutlers is a wedding planning platform. You create your personal wedding page, manage guests, collect photos, and coordinate vendors — all in one place.
Do my guests need an account?
No. Guests receive a personal link via email or QR code. They can RSVP, upload photos, and submit song requests — without creating an account.
How much does Brutlers cost?
There's a free plan (up to 100 guests, 7-day photo storage) and a Premium plan with unlimited guests, 30 days of photos, and all templates. See our pricing page for details.
RSVP & Guests
How does the RSVP system work?
Each guest receives a personal link where they can accept or decline, specify dietary preferences, and share any allergies.
Can I send reminders?
Yes. In the dashboard under 'Invitations', you can send reminders to all guests who haven't responded yet with a single click.
How do I import my guest list?
Under 'Guests', you can upload a CSV file. Supported columns: Name, Email, Phone, Group. Comma or semicolon as delimiter.
