Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you.

Special Notes

For digital content (subscriptions): If you have requested that the service begin before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided.

The right of withdrawal expires for a contract for the provision of services if the Provider has fully performed the service and only began performance after the consumer gave express consent.

Subscription Cancellation

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, you may cancel your Brutlers Premium subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period. Use the Stripe Billing Portal in your account settings or contact us by email.
