Accessibility Statement

1. Description of the Service

Brutlers is a digital wedding planning and photo sharing platform. Couples create their personal wedding page, manage guest lists, organise the schedule and share photos with their guests — all via the browser, without any app download.

2. Measures Implemented

We implement the following measures to ensure the accessibility of our platform:

• Semantic HTML (correct heading structure, landmarks, lists)
• Sufficient colour contrasts (at least 4.5:1 for text)
• Full keyboard navigation (all interactive elements reachable)
• Alt texts on images and descriptive labels on form elements
• Visible focus styles for keyboard users
• Responsive design for all screen sizes (320px to 1920px+)

3. Known Limitations

The following areas are currently not fully accessible:

• The real-time chat is not fully optimised for screen readers
• Drag-and-drop features (seating plan editor, timeline sorting) have limited keyboard alternatives
• User-uploaded photos may not have alt texts

5. Micro-Enterprise Exemption Notice

Brutlers is a micro-enterprise pursuant to § 3 (3) BFSG (fewer than 10 employees, annual turnover below 2 million euros). Services provided by micro-enterprises are exempt from the requirements of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act. We nevertheless implement the above measures voluntarily because accessibility matters to us.
